An 'e' world
I've talked a bit about the e revolution before. E-commerce, e-gaming, e-entertainment e-etc etc.
I had an example yesterday of what a huge difference an 'e' makes.
Imagine the scene; someone I work with (let's call them Jane) did a fantastic summary of an issue for me which I wanted to pass on to some senior executives. So I forwarded Jane's email, adding a little comment above it which went something like this.
"Jane's note summarized this issue very accurately......."
Except, I left out an 'e', which made all the difference:
"Jane's not summarized this issue very accurately........"
After a while, she saw the fun e side of it.
I think I'll stick to e-commerce though!
