On and on he goes.....

Time passes
The cold stays
The oil burns
The war wages
The economy crumbles
And the UK parliament decides it's high time we sorted out our voting system, so that the person with the most votes wont necessary win the seat. Is there any logic in that. It's called the alternate vote. I can think of a number of other alternatives, but I'm too polite to say!
